Nu-Oil & Gas PLC - cash shell - Says it has decided to delay the closing of its fundraise until January due to deal saturation in the market prior to the holiday season and with the recent increase in Covid-19 restrictions. Admission to the Standard Segment of the London Stock Exchange is now expected to be on or before January 24.
