Mountfield Group PLC - AIM cash shell - Shareholders on Tuesday approve disposal of operating subsidiaries Mountfield Building Group Ltd and Connaught Access Flooring Holdings Ltd and share placing to raise GBP3.1 million. Mountfield now is a cash shell and will rename itself UK SPAC PLC. Andy Collins resigns as chief executive officer and Graham Read as executive director, as they are the buyers of the two operating businesses. Non-Executive Director Peter Jay becomes an executive director.
