Flutter Entertainment PLC - Irish gaming operator - Moody's Investors Service affirmed the ratings of Flutter including the Ba1 corporate family rating, the Ba1-PD probability of default rating and the Ba1 instrument ratings on the revolving credit facility and term loan A. Moody's has withdrawn Stars Group Inc's B2 corporate family rating, B2-PD probability of default rating and SGL-1 speculative grade liquidity rating. Moody's has upgraded the senior secured bank credit facilities rating to Ba1 from B1 and the senior unsecured rating to Ba2 from Caa1, both issued by Stars Group Holdings BV. The outlook on all ratings at Flutter and Stars Group Holdings BV is stable.
