M&G PLC - London, UK-based global investment manager - Amends release from October 13 and states Massimo Tosato, independent non-executive director purchased 61,100 ordinary shares on October 12, not 60,700 as previously stated. Says the price paid averaged GBP1.64 per share, making for a total purchase amount of roughly GBP100,204.
