McCarthy & Stone PLC - developer of retirement homes - Says a court has issued order sanctioning takeover by US private equity firm Lone Star Real Estate Fund VI, LP. Says request has been made for the suspension of the listing of McCarthy & Stone shares on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market with effect from 0730 GMT on Monday. The last day of dealing in McCarthy & Stone shares will be on Friday.
