Matomy Media Group Ltd - Tel Aviv-based cash shell - Extends contract of Ilan Tamir as interim chief executive officer in addition to role as chief financial officer. Extension is until a new activity is found for the company. Matomy also can terminate Tamir's engagement as interim CEO at any time without notice. Earlier Thursday, Matomy Media said its loss narrowed in the first half of 2020 following the sale of all operations. Matomy sold its 90% stake in Team Internet AG, a web service provider based in Munich, back in December.
