Maintel Holdings PLC - London-based cloud and managed service specialist - Agrees new refinancing agreement with HSBC UK for a GBP26 million facility over a three-year term at least. The new facility with HSBC UK replaces a six-year partnership with NatWest Bank.
The HSBC facility comprises of a GBP20 million revolving credit facility and GBP6 million term loan.
"We are delighted to have signed an agreement with HSBC UK for a minimum three-year term, and look forward to working with our new banking partner as we progress our plans for continued organic growth and investment in new solutions and services," said Non-Executive Chair John Booth.
