Magnum Ice Cream Co NV - Amsterdam-based ice cream company spun off from Unilever PLC and owner of Magnum, Ben & Jerry's and Cornetto brands - Chief Human Resources Officer Ronald Schellekens invests around GBP800,000 in Magnum shares on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in London and New York, buying 66,500 shares at GBP12.29 to GBP12.58 and USD16.68. Chief Executive Officer Peter Ter Kulve buys 23,150 shares at EUR13.75, worth EUR318,206, on Monday in Amsterdam. The CEO bought 40,000 shares in March.
