Lighthouse Properties PLC - Mauritius-based property investor previously named Lighthouse Capital Ltd - Sells 98.1 million shares in Hammerson PLC for ZAR616.1 million. As at November 15, Lighthouse directly owned 363.6 million shares, or 7.3%, in Hammerson. Hammerson is a London-based property development and investment company. Lighthouse says its sale of Hammerson shares will allow it to pursue yield-accretive direct property acquisitions.
