Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate Ltd - investment firm - Notifies the holders of the bonds that it has elected to redeem GBP150.0 million. The outstanding amount of the bonds is GBP369.8 million as of Thursday. Following the partial redemption of the bonds, the company says GBP219.8 million bonds will remain outstanding.
