IN BRIEF: Kazera Global shares resume trading after raising GBP500,000

Kazera Global PLC - London-based mining investor, focused on early-stage assets in South Africa and Namibia - Raises GBP500,000 through a placing and subscription of 25.0 million shares at 2.0 pence each, with net proceeds of about GBP480,000. Following a temporary trading suspension for the fundraise from Thursday last week, Kazera shares resume trading in London on Wednesday morning. Additional to the equity raise, Non-Executive Chair Geoff Eyre will receive 1.3 million shares in satisfaction of GBP26,083 in accrued fees. The company says the proceeds will strengthen its balance sheet and support value-accretive investment opportunities, while development of its South African mining operations continues to be funded by South Africa AT Investments Pty Ltd.

Current stock price: 1.96 pence, up 0.5% in London on Wednesday morning

12-month change: up 15%
