Jupiter UK Growth Investment Trust PLC - investment trust - Says shareholders can opt for cash or shares in Brown Advisory Global Leaders Fund, a sub-fund of Ireland-based Brown Advisory Funds PLC. This comes as part of the company's proposal for its reconstruction and voluntary winding-up. The rollover option will grant give shareholders more exposure to global equities rather than UK equities to which the company is currently primarily exposed.
