IN BRIEF: Jubilee Metals raises USD1.5 million convertible loan note

Jubilee Metals Group PLC - London-based metal processing company operating in Zambia - Says it has obtained a USD1.5 million unsecured convertible loan note investment for the accelerated development of the greater Molefe region in Zambia. Jubilee owns Molefe copper mine in Zambia. Capstone Copper, the investor, holds a track record in the development of various copper projects. Says it requires shareholder approval to issue shares for convert any securities into shares. Says it continues discussions with Capstone Copper for a further USD10 million staggered investment.

Current share price in London: 2.80 pence, down 1.6% on Thursday

12-month change: down 33%

Current share price in Johannesburg: 62 rand cents, down 4.6%

12-month change: down 37%
