JKX Oil & Gas PLC - exploration and production in eastern Europe - Shares are delisted from London Main Market from the start of trade on Thursday, following a tender offer for shares to allow investors an exit. JKX had announced the delisting plan at the start of November, saying it had been unable to use its London listing to raise finance or to make payments in shares in lieu of cash. At the same time, it said the regulatory burden of being on the Official List was high in comparison to the benefits. Only 22% of the company's share were in public hands at the time.
