Investec PLC and Ltd - Sandton-based financial services company - Appoints David Duffy and Ingrid Johnson as non-executive directors, with effect from Tuesday next week. Duffy is the former chief executive officer of Virgin Money UK PLC, formerly CYBG PLC, and held a similar role at Allied Irish Banks and Standard Bank International. Johnson previously served as finance director of Old Mutual PLC.
