Investec PLC and Ltd - Sandton, Johannesburg-based financial services firm - Investec Ltd buys 1.7 million at an average ZAR102.06 each, worth ZAR174.6 million, in Investec PLC throughout last week. The company intends to treat these shares as if they were treasury shares in the consolidated annual financial statements of the Investec Group. Since October 3, Investec Ltd has purchased 8.1 million shares at a cost of ZAR756.8 million.
