Intosol Holdings PLC - London-based luxury travel consultants - Confirms shares to be cancelled from London Stock Exchange's Main Market with effect from June 6.
In April, firm confirmed it was reviewing working capital for the next twelve months to "ensure a going concern of the business". Intosol at that time said it was in talks over continued funding from insiders "which may or not include" making an application to cancel share listing.
Current stock price: 2.00 pence, down 33% on Thursday
