Impax Environmental Markets PLC - London-based investment trust - Director Glen Suarez buys 23,375 shares at GBP4.26, worth GBP99,493, in London on Thursday.
In May, Impax hired Suarez as chair, with the expectation that he will succeed John Scott as chair in May 2023, when Scott retires.
