Impax Asset Management Group PLC - London-based environmental investment trust - Says subsidiary Impax Asset Management Ireland Ltd enters into investment advisory deal with BNP Paribas Asset Management France, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas Asset Management Holding. Says its subsidiary will provide services to BNPP AM France in relation to two investment funds. BNPP AM France will pay a fee to IAMI for the service on quarterly basis.
