i3 Energy PLC - Hampshire, England-based oil and gas company has assets and operations in the UK and Canada - Announces that the time limit for shareholders in Toscana Energy Income Corp to claim their shares in the company from Odyssey Trust Co following the acquisition of Toscana has now expired. At the time of expiry, Odyssey held 25,503 shares in i3 which have now been cancelled.
