HgCapital Trust PLC - technology-focused investment trust that participates in the private equity investments of manager Hg - Will invest GBP15.3 million in German financial consolidation and planning software business LucaNet AG, for its share of the larger investment of an undisclosed amount by Hg. Says liquid resources available for future deployment are estimated to be GBP315 million, which is around 16% of pro-forma net asset value of GBP2.0 billion as of February 28. The investment will "reduce HGT's outstanding commitments to invest in Hg transactions to approximately GBP776 million", the company says.
