Hammerson PLC - London-based property development and investment company - Announces indicative results of invitations on August 31 to holders of outstanding bonds, to tender them for cash purchases. Tender offers include GBP350.0 million at 3.500% due 2025, and GBP300.0 million at 6.00% due 2026. Company received tenders of GBP96.1 million total for the 2025 bonds and GBP88.4 million for the 2026 bonds by the deadline on Thursday. Hammerson expects acceptances of GBP11.7 million of the 2025 bonds at 7.1% scaling factor, and of all GBP88.4 million of the 2026 bonds.
