IN BRIEF: Haleon launches and prices USD2 billion senior note offering

Haleon PLC - Surrey, England-based consumer healthcare company -Says on Wednesday, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Haleon US Capital LLC launched and priced a USD2 billion SEC-registered bond offering. It consists of: USD600 million of senior fixed rate notes with a coupon of 4.625% maturing in 2029; USD600 million of senior fixed rate notes with a coupon of 4.875% maturing in 2031; and USD800 million of senior fixed rate notes with a coupon of 5.375% maturing in 2036. The offering is scheduled to settle on August 21. Haleon expects to use proceeds to repurchase in whole or in part the issuer's outstanding USD2.00 billion 3.375% fixed rate senior notes due March 2027, and for general purposes.

Current stock price: 357.88 pence, closed up 0.1% in London on Thursday
