Grafton Group PLC - Dublin-based building materials distributor - Says Chair Ian Tyler has informed the company of his intention to step down. The company says Tyler is stepping down because of other commitments. Grafton's board says it has begun the process of recruiting a new Chair with help from an external search firm.
