Gore Street Energy Storage Fund PLC - London-based fund investing in energy storage assets - proposes issue of new shares via placing and retail offer, priced at 102.0 pence each, a 6.2% discount to closing middle market price on Thursday last week of 108.7p. The company says aggregate demand under the PrimaryBid offer will be limited to EUR6.7 million. Proceeds to be put towards development pipeline, potential acquisition of 80 megawatts project, and development of existing portfolio.
