GlobalData PLC - London-based data, insights, and analytics platform - Chief Executive Officer Mike Danson sells 2.8 million shares at 1,150 pence each on Thursday, worth GBP32.1 million. Following the sale, Danson's interest in GlobalData is 71.1 million shares, owning 60% of total voting rights in the company. "The sale of shares was made to satisfy significant demand from new and existing institutional investors, following a successful Capital Markets event held on Tuesday," GlobalData explains.
Current stock price: 1,310.00 pence each, up 1.2% on Friday
