Gfinity PLC - London-headquartered e-sports firm - Says it has - alongside Abu Dhabi Motorsport Management - signed distribution agreements with three broadcasters for its new virtual racing competition, the V10 R-League.
The V10 R-League will be available on BT Sport, ESPN and STARZPLAY Arabia. All three broadcasters have signed a multi-year commercial agreement for exclusive rights in the UK and Ireland, and the Middle East and North Africa region respectively, while ESPN's commercial agreement means Seasons 1 and 2 of the V10 R-League will be broadcast in the US and made available in Canada, Latin America, the Netherlands, the Caribbean and Oceania.
No financial details were disclosed. However, Gfinity said the agreements will play a key role in supporting the company's target of moving into profitability in the first quarter of 2021.
