GCP Student Living PLC - London-focused student accommodation investor - Reports EPRA net tangible assets per share as at September 30 of 198.29 pence, up from 195.05p at June 30. Also says acquisition by Gemini Jersey JV LP gets necessary shareholder approvals. GCP Student expects acquisition to complete before 2021 end.
