FIH Group PLC - services businesses such as construction, ferries and art storage in Falkland Islands and UK - Hires Nick Henry to be non-executive chair, joining the board on Monday next week and taking the chair after the annual general meeting on September 28. Henry was chief executive officer of marine services firm James Fisher & Sons PLC from 2004 to 2019.
