EPE Special Opportunities Ltd - invests between GBP2 million and GBP30 million in small and medium sized companies - Giles Brand, the managing partner of investment advisor EPIC Investment Partners LLP, buys 1.4 million shares at 183.00 pence, worth GBP2.6 million, on Wednesday last week. Brand is now interested in 12.1 million shares, a 46% stake.
