Aggreko PLC - Scotland-based power generator manufacturer - Says Court of Session in Edinburgh, Scotland has on Friday sanctioned the company's takeover by Albion Acquisitions Ltd. As such, Aggreko shares are expected to be cancelled in London on Wednesday.
