East Imperial PLC - New Zealand-based tonic waters and mixers producer - Issues GBP1.5 million of 2025 convertible loan notes to INL Investment Ltd corresponding to an agreement signed back in July. Says INL Investment will subscribe for more than GBP733,000 of CLNs.
