Expects shares to resume trading on London Main Market on September 13 after being suspended from trading since November 1, 2022. Working with broker Peterhouse to seek reverse takeover as now a special purpose acquisition company. Says accounts for period ending September 30 will be published by January 31, 2024.
Current stock price: suspended at 0.16 pence
