Digital 9 Infrastructure PLC - London-based investor in internet infrastructure, such as data centres and subsea fibre - Completes the sale of its entire stake in the Verne Global group of companies to funds managed or advised by Ardian France SA for up to USD575 million, around GBP450 million. This is in line with previous statements.
