GoCo Group PLC - owner of Gocompare.com, Look After My Bills and MyVoucherCodes - Says High Court of Justice in England and Wales has sanctioned takeover by Future PLC. Application has been made for the suspension of trading in GoCo shares, with cancellation to take effect from Thursday.
In late November, Future announced that under the agreed combination, GoCo shareholders will be entitled to receive 0.052497 new shares in Future and 33 pence in cash, valuing each GoCo share at 136 pence each.
