CleanTech Lithium PLC - Chile-focused lithium exploration and development - Announces open offer of shares to raise GBP500,000. This would be added to the GBP8 million raised from a share placing earlier this week. Existing shareholders can apply for 1 new share for every 45 they already hold at the same price of 22 pence per share as used for the placing. Like for the placing, for each two new shares, investors in the open offer will receive one warrant convertible into a share at 33p anytime before December 14, 2026. The money will be used on CleanTech Lithium's Laguna Verde and Francisco Basin projects. The equity raise is subject to a shareholder vote at a general meeting on December 14.
