Old Mutual Ltd - Anglo-South African financial services firm - Appoints Claudia Manning and Phumla Mnganga as non-executive directors, with effect from this past Monday. Manning is the former non-executive director of Adcock Ingram Holdings Ltd and serves as a non-executive director of Rothschild & Co South Africa. Mnganga is a member of boards of Altron Ltd, Adcorp Holdings Ltd and Exxaro Resources Ltd.
