IMImobile PLC - AIM-listed cloud communications software firm - Cisco Systems Holdings UK Ltd receives approval from the South African Competition Authorities for IMImobile takeover. A hearing will be held on Wednesday for court sanction of the scheme.
Earlier in February, IMImobile shareholders approved the GBP543 million recommended cash offer made by Cisco Systems Holdings UK, a subsidiary of US networking firm Cisco Systems Inc.
