Chenavari Capital Solutions Ltd - investment company - to return GBP3.5 million on July 23 to shareholders registered on July 13 by way of a compulsory partial redemption of up to 4.8 million shares, about 22% of the issued share capital. The redemption will be effected at 72.94 pence per share, being the net asset value per share as at the end of May. The company said it intends to use the funds from its existing cash balances for redemption. All redeemed shares will be cancelled.
