Chemring Group PLC - Hampshire, England-based provider of technology products and services to the aerospace, defence and security markets - Chair Tony Wood buys 42,000 shares at 473.0 pence each in London on Friday. The transaction is worth GBP198,660 in total. On Thursday, Chemring reported two US Department of War contract awards with a maximum value of USD345 million. The first award has a maximum value of USD300 million over five years, with a guaranteed minimum award of USD35 million per year for the first three years.
