Catenae Innovation PLC - London-based digital media and technology provider using blockchain technology to support clients with operations and staff management - Announces that its 51% subsidiary Hyperneph Software Ltd has ceased trading due to losses incurred. Hyperneph provided technology services to the company. Stresses this will have no material impact as the investment has been fully impaired. It does not have any impact on Catenae's ability to provide services to its existing and future clients. Continues to carefully manage its working capital position.
