Carador Income Fund PLC - investor in collateralised loan obligations - To return USD2.8 million to shareholders by the way of redemption of all of its remaining 15.1 million US dollar shares. The redemption price is USD0.1823 per US dollar share. Following the compulsory final redemption, the US dollar shares will be delisted.
