Canal+ SA - Paris-based media and entertainment group - Havas SAS acquires 10.7 million shares at an average 218.12 pence each, worth GBP23.2 million, on Tuesday. Since last week, Havas has bought additional shares for a total of GBP2.8 million. Havas is closely associated with Canal+ Chair Yannick Bollore.
