Canal+ SA - Paris-based media and entertainment group - Havas SAS acquires 363,042 shares at an averege 215.50 pence apiece, worth GBP782,355, on Monday. On Friday last week, Havas bought 1.0 million shares at an average GBP 210.34 pence each, worth GBP2.1 million. Havas is closely associated with Canal+ Chair Yannick Bollore.
