Cambridge Cognition Holdings PLC - Cambridge, England-based neuroscience technology - Appoints Diurnal Group PLC Chief Financial Officer Richard Bungay as non-executive director, effective immediately. Bungay joined Diurnal at the start of 2017, moving from Mereo BioPharma Group PLC, where he had been CFO and chief operation officer. Previously, he had been CFO of Verona Pharma PLC.
