(Alliance News) - Cairn Homes PLC – Irish house-builder and developer – Appoints Pat Farrell as an independent non-executive director, effective October 1, 2026. The position has been vacant since December 2025, when Giles Davies stepped down from the role after 10 years on the board.
Cairn Homes says Farrell joins with expertise spanning the Irish real estate, banking and public policy sectors. Most recently, Farrell served as chief executive of Irish Institutional Property and previously was head of group communications and government relations at Bank of Ireland Group PLC.
Current stock price: 218.00 pence, up 0.9% on Tuesday afternoon in London
