Bytes Technology Group PLC - Surrey, England-based computer software - Says its Chief Executive Neil Murphy acquires 44,483 shares at an average price of 380.11 pence each, worth GBP169,084, on Friday last week. His holding has now increased to 3.7 million shares, representing 1.6% of the issued share capital of the company.
