Brunner Investment Trust PLC - trust managed by Allianz Global Investors that seeks growth in capital and dividends from companies globally - Matthew Tillett steps down as lead portfolio manager. Christian Schneider, the deputy chief investment officer for AllianzGI's Global Growth franchise, will become interim lead portfolio manager for a minimum of six months. Brunner Investment Trust says it is reviewing the structure of its portfolio management team, including the appointment of a new permanent lead manager.
The trust "will continue to be managed as an all-weather portfolio appropriate for a multitude of different market conditions with its balanced approach to portfolio construction and strong focus on valuation." Notes that net asset value total return outperformed its total return benchmark by 0.8% in the first half of the current financial year, and it recently announced a 6.7% dividend hike.
