Bridgepoint Group PLC - London-based private equity firm - Burgundy C Nominees Ltd sells 19.7 million Bridgepoint shares, a 2% stake, at 316 pence, worth GBP62.3 million, in a placing run by BNP Paribas. The shares were held and sold by Burgundy on behalf of a group of 37 current and former Bridgepoint employees. They are sold to institutional investors.
