Big Technologies PLC - Rickmansworth, England-based electronic monitoring solutions - Confirms it was served with particulars of claim on Friday relating to Sara Murray's libel claim. On October 12 Big Technologies were served with a claim form by Sara Murray who sought damages from the company for libel, in respect to the allegations of forgery made by the company against her. Sara Murray had previously been the company's chief executive officer but was dismissed last March over concerns of her conduct. "The company robustly disputes the defamation claim which has been advanced against it by Sara Murray and is currently preparing its response," Big Technologies says.
